Graphic Communication
On the A-Level Graphic Communication course you will be introduced to a wide range of ways of working across 2D and 3D media, techniques and processes. You will explore both traditional drawing media and digital drawing, designing and editing processes. You will investigate the work of a range of artists and designers and learn about both historical and contemporary influences on visual language. You will learn how to apply your technical and creative skills to a range of real-world scenarios such as designing graphics for a new film or computer game. The course is designed to encourage students to respond to the changing world in which we live with creative, imaginative and personal ideas, to develop and refine ideas successfully towards a final outcome.
