CURRICULUM SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Grade 3, point 7-10 – £25,584.00 – £27,269.00 permanent
(gross annual salary £17,685.97 – £18,850.79 pro rata)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious administrative assistant to work in our successful high school to support our teachers with the associated administrative tasks within curriculum areas and across the school. You will be based in the main office. You will also be required to provide cover in First Aid/Reprographics and be prepared to undertake First Aid at Work training.
The successful candidate will have good organisational, interpersonal and secretarial skills, with proven word processing capabilities.
The post is for 30 hours per week over 5 days, 39 weeks per year. This is term time plus training days.
Our school is near Ipswich and is part of East Anglian Schools Multi Academy Trust with schools in Woodbridge, Kesgrave and Bungay in Suffolk. The Trust provides opportunities for staff to network with colleagues and a chance of progression as vacancies arise.

COVER SUPERVISOR
Grade 4, point 9-12 – £26,409-£28,624 pro rata (permanent)
(gross annual salary £21,299-£23,085)
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor as soon as possible to manage the work of groups of students in the absence of their regular teacher.
Cover supervision occurs when there is no active teaching taking place. Students will continue their learning by carrying out pre-prepared exercises under supervision. You would be expected to organise the students, equipment and the classroom, manage the behaviour of the students and ensure that they complete the work set. A full induction and training programme would be made available to you, including opportunities to observe teachers at work.
The post is for 35 hours per week over 5 days, 39 weeks per year. Part time or full time applicants will be considered.

AFTERNOON CLEANING OPERATIVE
£11.00 per hour
43 weeks per annum
Monday to Friday
3hrs per day, 3.15pm to 6.15pm
21 days annual leave includes bank holidays (not to be taken during term time)
Applicants must be hard working, reliable, a good time-keeper and trustworthy with the ability to use their own initiative.
Duties to include but not limited to; sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting and emptying bins, cleaning washrooms and general cleaning tasks required by the school.
The ideal candidate will take pride in a job well done, achieving high standards of cleanliness and hygiene whilst on duty.
Experience is preferred but not essential.
Parking on site | Uniform is provided | Paid on a fortnightly basis
