HEAD OF GEOGRAPHY

Kesgrave High School is looking for a Head of Geography for Easter/September 2021. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large and committed team of five subject specialists. The team are dedicated to ensuring our students achieve the highest possible outcomes. Kesgrave High School is a large 11-19 school which has over 1850 students on roll, including over 300 students in the Sixth Form, where Geography is a popular subject.

NON TEACHING VACANCY

TEACHING ASSISTANT (Temporary)

Grade 3, point 4-6 – £18933-£19698 pro rata

(gross annual salary £12696-£13209)

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant as soon as possible to work with small groups of pupils and individuals who may have learning, behavioural, physical or emotional difficulties, mainly based within the classroom. You will be expected to work as part of a team and contribute to the efficiency of the Learning Support Department. This is a temporary appointment to 31 August 2021.

The post is for 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.

U25 NMW £15820-£16823 pro rata

(gross annual salary £10877-£11578)

We are seeking to appoint a Graduate Intern as soon as possible to work with small groups of pupils and individuals in an outstanding education setting supporting learning. There will be opportunities for working in activities beyond the curriculum that broaden skills and enrich experience. You will need a good degree level qualification, a commitment to working with young people and future career aspirations, plus an ability to use your own initiative. This is a temporary appointment to 31 August 2021.

The post is for 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week)
