INTERVENTIONS INSTRUCTOR

Point 4-6 – £25,733-£30,127 pro rata

(gross annual salary £20,132-£23,569)

Kesgrave High School is looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious instructor to working within our Learning Support Team. This role will support the Interventions Team (including Learning Support) in the implementation, delivery and review of one-to-one and small group literacy, numeracy and possibly science interventions. Time will be allocated to allow for planning purposes and coordinating with subject leaders and head of year teams.

This is a term time only position which equates to 38 weeks a year, 35 hours per week. The position is fixed term until 31 August 2023.

Our school is near Ipswich and is part of East Anglian Schools Multi Academy Trust with schools in Woodbridge, Kesgrave and Bungay in Suffolk. The Trust provides opportunities for staff to network with colleagues and a chance of progression as vacancies arise.

TEACHER OF LANGUAGES (MPS)

Kesgrave High School is looking for a talented French/Spanish teacher to join the MFL department from Easter or September 2023. Applications are welcomed from both full time and part-time applicants.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly talented and committed team. The department has a great sense of collaboration and are fully committed to ensuring all students develop a love of Languages and achieve the highest possible standards. French is taught across the age and ability range from Year 7 to Year 13 and Spanish and German are offered from Year 8 onwards as an additional language.

Kesgrave High School is a large 11-19 school which has over 1850 students on roll, including over 300 students in the Sixth Form. The MFL department has an impressive range of facilities, including well-resourced teaching rooms and resource areas. We also have the benefit of full reprographic and administrative support.

NON TEACHING VACANCIES

AFTERNOON CLEANER

£10.25 per hour

45 weeks per annum

Monday to Friday

3 hrs per day, 3.15pm – 6.15pm
20 Days Annual Leave (not to be taken during term time)

Cleaner required for education setting in Kesgrave, Ipswich. Applicants must be hard working, reliable, a good time-keeper and trustworthy with the ability to use their own initiative.

Duties to include but not limited to; sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting and emptying bin, cleaning washrooms and general cleaning tasks required by the site.

The ideal candidate will take pride in a job well done, achieving high standards of cleanliness and hygiene whilst on duty.

Experience is preferred but not essential.

Parking on site | Uniform is provided | Paid on a fortnightly basis.

DBS vetting checks required on appointment.

Immediate start subject to DBS vetting clearance.
