Summer Update

July 28, 2020 9:35 am

We wish all our staff and students an enjoyable summer break. Both have sustained their energy and enthusiasm for learning in these strange times and a rest will be well-deserved for all. Thank you to all our parents and carers for their work with our students in order to maintain their interest and motivation while working from home.

We are very much looking forward to seeing students in September, back in the classroom. Parents and carers have received full advice on this before the end of term; the letter sent home to all can be found in our Latest News section. Should the situation change with regard to a return to school, due to updated government guidance, we will of course be in touch during the summer. For now, we hope to leave you in peace for a few weeks to enjoy a break from the constantly changing situation.

Year 13 students will receive their A Level Grades on Thursday 13 August and Year 11 students their GCSE Grades on Thursday 20 August.

Finally, as we enter the summer holiday, may I pass my thanks to Mr Nigel Burgoyne for the considerable service that he has given to Kesgrave High School. We wish him a very well deserved, exciting retirement, in the hope that the current pandemic does not dampen his plans too greatly!
