Applied Science BTEC

The course looks at the different disciplines of science (biology, chemistry and physics). Applied science builds upon the knowledge gained at GCSE in areas such as cell structure, understanding of the periodic table and the use of electronic waves in communication. If you are interested in the different sciences but prefer a different structure and assessment strategy, this offers an alternative to A Levels.
