About Us

Kesgrave High School is a very popular and successful school. We opened a brand new, purpose-built Sixth Form for 450 in September 2001. Because of growth in both 11-16 and Sixth Form, there are tremendous job opportunities here for enthusiastic and committed teachers. The school already has a diverse, highly professional and lively staff and benefits from an innovative approach to time-tabling and excellent conditions of service for those that work here. These include the maximum of 0.8 teaching contact and curriculum and learning support for all departments.

Non - Teaching Vacancies

TEACHING ASSISTANT

Grade 3, point 12-16 - £15,039-£16,440 pro rata

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant from September to work with small groups of pupils and individuals who may have learning, behavioural, physical or emotional difficulties, mainly based within the classroom. You will be expected to work as part of a team and contribute to the efficiency of the Learning Support Department.

The post is for 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
