Certificate of Incorporation Articles of AssociationThe governors at Kesgrave High School are a diverse and extremely important group of people who meet twice a term: once for a formal business meeting once for an informal meeting. The governors also work on a number of sub-groups which meet more frequently to conduct specialist business and then report back to the main body. The sub-groups cover such topics as finance, buildings/site, personnel and appeals. Governors also visit the school for various events and to observe classes in action.
